According to As per Section 31(1) & 31(2) of FSSAI Act, 2006 every business owner who's running the food business in India must obtain fssai license or registered themselves under Food Safety & Standards Authority of India. Food Safety & Standards (Licensing and Registration of food Business) Regulations, 2011 is running the lincese registration procedure.Registration is for food manufacturer, petty retailer, hawkers, itinerant vendor or a temporary stall holder with a small or cottage scale industry having annual turnover up to 12 lacs.

Step by step registration proceudre :-

  • ➔ Food business owner have to register themselves by submitting an application with a 100 rs. fees.
  • ➔ After registraion in fssai business owner will get Unique Appllication Reference Number.
  • ➔ FSSAI registring authority keep all the rights to grant or reject the application and will give you reply within a 7 days with valid reasons.
  • ➔ If business owner grant the registration all inspection will be done within a 30 days and will get the licencse.
  • ➔ Once you will get the fssai license approval or grant the license can start the business.

Nidhi company is a kind of Non Banking Financial Company in short form we called NBFC. In NBFC members can lend and borrow the money between the members and works on the principal of mutual benfits. To form the NBFC company we don't required the Reserved Bank of India (RBI) license. Nidhi company cannot work like a chit fund companies, sale and purchase finance, leasing finance, insurance and security business.
  • ➔ To register a Nidhi Company required a minimum 7 members and 03 members must be Directors.
  • ➔ Share capital required minimum 5 Lac.
  • ➔ Required a registered office or business place documentry proof - Ownership, rent or lease documents.
  • ➔ No Objection certificate from the landlord with ID proof.

  • ➔ Unencumbered term deposits must be 10% or higher of the outstanding deposits.
  • ➔ The ratio of net owned funds to deposits shouldn’t be more than 1:20.
